PAYPAL is the global leader in online payments and offers a safe, secure way to purchase items online. You no longer need to have a PAYPAL account to checkout through PAYPAL. SHIPPING POLICIES
Payment must be received in full before orders are shipped.
Prints are packaged in clear, resealable sleeves with coroplast backing and are ready for gifting, propping up on a shelf, or safely transporting until framed. Prints are NOT MOUNTED to the protective coroplast backing.
All prints are packaged for shipping in sturdy, custom built cardboard packaging and are insured for the value of your order. Tugboat Printshop will not be held accountable for any damage to prints that may occur during shipment or orders lost in the mail. We trust the USPS & Fedex to safely and efficiently deliver your order in great condition and on schedule. When shipped, your package will be insured for the full cost of your purchase, so in event that the unlikely occurs you will be able to claim full reimbursement for your order. A shipping confirmation e-mail including your order's tracking number will be sent to you when your package has been received by USPS or Fedex for shipment.
We are unable to replace any prints damaged during shipment with new copies. In event that your prints are damaged during shipment, please contact USPS immediately to start the process of filing an insurance claim. Since our packages are insured in full for shipping, you will be able to claim full reimbursement.
Large scale prints, any framed prints, and works on canvas are sent via FEDEX; small prints (unframed) are packaged flat and sent USPS INSURED PRIORITY MAIL. Packages shipped within the United States usually take 7-10 days to arrive at their destination from the date the order is placed. All shipments are insured for the value of your order.
Please don't hesitate to CONTACT US if you have special delivery needs. We will happily cater to you. Bear in mind that additional charges may apply to orders requiring special delivery or rush delivery.
BUNDLED SHIPPING RATES
We will happily bundle shipping costs for customers purchasing multiple prints sent to the same address. Please CONTACT US for bundled shipping rates. We'll create an invoice to fit your order.
IS YOUR ORDER A GIFT?
If your order is a gift & you need it to arrive by a certain date, please be sure to let us know. You can leave a short message with your purchase during Paypal checkout, call 412-621-0663, or E-MAIL with details. If you'd like us to include a TO/FROM note, we will happily to that as well!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
International orders purchased through our online store ship USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL AIR MAIL. Packages are insured for the value of your order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Tugboat Printshop reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees to orders sent to countries with higher postage rates than are covered by our online International Rates.
If you would like your order to ship USPS FIRST CLASS, we can send along a Paypal Invoice for your order with reduced a shipping rate. USPS FIRST CLASS shipping is not insured and has no tracking, so you will not be able to claim reimbursement if your order is lost or arrives damaged. Tugboat Printshop cannot replace any orders that are lost and damaged in shipment.
PLEASE NOTE: You may be required by your local post office to pay fees/tarriffs/customs duties on international shipments. We are not responsible for these charges, and they are not included in the price of your order. Returns are not accepted.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have any questions about our prints, please feel free to contact us directly to request additional information before purchasing. We can be reached through E-MAIL or by calling 412-621-0663.
If your order is taking an unusually long time to arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we do our best to resolve any problems.
